Program description & objectives

This program takes cognizance of the palpable uptick in the clamor to improve environmental conditions and to do more in protecting the environment. Relevant government agencies are therefore more mindful of their regulatory functions in ensuring that private organizations meet and comply with environmental regulations. The achievement of an improved environmental performance requires a holistic approach that leverages on a collaborative working relationship between the relevant government agencies and private organizations to enhance a systematic approach and to continually improve the Environmental Management System (EMS).
