Severely plagued by the primary constraints of scope, time, quality and budget, projects have become key cornerstones of most private and public organizations. Its importance is made critical by the secondary challenge of optimizing the allocation of necessary inputs and resources, and the need for a seamless integration to meet pre-defined objectives. This project management course has been designed to provide an end-to-end overview of the project management process from the initiation of a project to closing. It will provide the tools and frameworks to help an individual, team, department or an organization navigate smoothly through each phase of a project while making it easy to identify issues that have the potential of jeopardizing the project’s objectives.
