Continuous Improvement & Supply Chain Optimization

In the quest to cut expenses, operate more efficiently, become more agile, adaptable and aligned to prevailing market conditions, companies have had to push the concept of continuous improvement initiatives to the front burner. During this training, value-adding job and process owners are taught the primary keys to set up and implementing a successful continuous improvement approach.
