Program description & objectives

The world and the business environment of corporate executives and senior managers has grown more complex by the day. The ability to successfully navigate the complex maze of daily business problems and challenges can only be achieved through the combination of strategic management capabilities, laced with appropriate leadership skills and competences.

Competitive strategic advantage is the turf on which the corporate battle is fought and won. In addition to this, cultural sensitivity and motivational management of employees, enhanced by strategic leadership has become a vital component of day-to-day business activity. Above all, senior managers are now expected to be leaders, team builders, coaches, and an inspiration to their staff, in addition to being the final decision makers and risk takers.
