Dr. Oluwi, Victor Abayomi – Principal Consultant & CEO

Victor Oluwi Abayomi

Victor holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) – with special reference in International Business from Walden University, Minneapolis, United States. Prior to his doctoral pursuit, Victor had bagged double Masters degree in Economics and Supply Chain Management from the University of Lagos, Nigeria and the prestigious Michael Smurfits Graduate School of Business, University College Dublin, Ireland respectively. Finally, the quest to have a holistic understanding of the prevailing complex business environment also led Victor to obtain a Diploma in Business and Industrial Law (DBIL) from the University of Lagos.

With over two decades of experience, Victor’s management experience transversed the manufacturing, communications, electronics, automobile, and management consulting industries. Victor’s strategic initiatives and hands-on approaches to solving intricate business problems had been successfully demonstrated in the numerous management portfolios he had held.

A Fellow of The International Institute for African Scholar, Victor is also a member of various professional associations that include the Institute of Management Consultants and Advisers (Ireland), Strategic Planning Xchange, UCD Business Alumni, Procurement Professionals, Institute of Production and Inventory Control Society (IPICS), and The Blanchardstown Area Partnership. Victor is focused and committed to continued research efforts in the areas of Strategic Collaboration, Strategy Processes Development and Implementation, Internationalization Strategies, and Service Excellence.

Nkem (Abbeey) Ononye – Snr. Manager, Operations & Program Management

Nkem Abbeey Ononye

Nkem is a Research, Design & Develop Mechanical Engineer with over two decades of global experience in the oil and gas sector. With a track record of success in managing large-scale projects and implementing continuous improvement strategies, Nkem is adept in the nitty-gritty of business management, stakeholder engagement, and leadership support methodologies.

Nkem’s wealth of experience is backed by impressive academic records and numerous international senior management development training. With an unquenchable thirst for personal development, Nkem is presently studying for an Executive MBA degree in the prestigious Haskayne School of Business, University of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

A high-achiever, Nkem joins Chrome Consulting Associates with immense competencies and a proactive approach to Business Development, Forecasting & Budgeting, Change Management, and
Project & Program Management.

Finally, Nkem is the Director of Operations for a not-for-profit and faith-based organization in Calgary. In this crucial role, Nkem is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation necessary to
ensure that the organization achieves its overarching objectives.

Tunji Rabiu – Director, Business Strategy & Operations Management

Tunji Rabiu

Tunji Rabiu, fondly called ‘TR’ was the immediate past General Manager Business Operations of Forte Oil Plc, a Strategic Business division he set up, pioneered, and grew to an excellent standard to become the referenced benchmark among the Petroleum Marketers in Nigeria. TR was responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain activities for Distribution and Fleet Management, Terminal Operations, Customer Service, Sales Support Services and Operations Planning. TR was also responsible for strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, change management and the maintenance of the overall oversight of the company’s extensive supply chain. TR’s impressive tenure spanned over 5 years and was marked with collaborative projects with the CEOs of Major Oil Marketers, Strategic Business leaders, Federal Government of Nigeria Set Up Committees, and regulators, on Petroleum Policies Development, Execution, and Advocacy.

Prior to his appointment as the GM Operations, TR was a former Chief Internal Auditor of Forte Oil Plc; Acorn Petroleum Plc and pioneered Auditor of Virgin Nigeria Airways. He was an Executive Member of the International Association of Airline Internal Auditor, the global group of airlines internal auditors. He also worked as pioneered Business Process Consultant for the Convention of Business Integrity (CBI), an anti-corruption non-for-profit organization under the leadership of Mr. Soji Apampa, Dr. Christopher Kolade, and Prof. Yemi Oshinbajo. TR also managed the Internal Audit Department of Frigoglass Industries, in a co-sourced arrangement with PWC.

An expert in business process design, TR holds a B.sc Honors degree (2nd Class Upper) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University, United Kingdom, and a Higher National Diploma in Accounting (Upper credit) from Ibadan Polytechnic, Nigeria. Other educational qualifications and membership include: Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria (ICAN); Fellow of Institute of Credit Management – Nigeria; Associate Member of Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) UK and Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) in Alberta, Canada; Associate Member of Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) – APIC Canada; Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria; Certified Information System Auditor (CISA) – ISACA US; and Certified Risk and Information System Control (CRISC) – ISACA US.

TR lives in Canada with his family and remotely works for TRAK Consulting Ltd as Business Development and Quality Assurance Director.

Kene Mbuba – Snr Partner, Business Management Strategies

Kene Mbuba

Kene is an invaluable resource to our faculty. He is an accomplished Accountant and business start-up enthusiast with over two decades of vast commercial and business management skills as well as a strong passion for coaching and capacity development. Kene is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Chartered Tax Practitioner and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Management. He holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University Ife, Nigeria.

Having held senior management and executive positions in the major blue chip and multinational organizations that include the Nigerian Bottling Company and SC Johnson & Son, Kene brings on board long and invaluable hands-on experiences that would prove relevant and useful in the prevailing turbulent and dynamic marketplace.

Adewale Adetunji – Director, Business Relationship Management

Presently an entrepreneur with varied commercial experiences in agricultural and mining products, oil and gas supplies, and baking/confectionaries manufacturing, Wale has over 15 years of financial experience in major Nigerian commercial banks. Adewale Adetunji is an Economist with a Masters degree from the University of Lagos.

Wale’s earlier well-rounded banking experience had seen him taken up challenges and responsibilities in the areas of consumer, corporate, and investment banking groups. With specialist knowledge in credit and risk management, foreign operations, marketing/relationship management, and branch operations. Wale, therefore, brings on a unique and combined wealth of commercial banking and contemporary business experiences that is rare, yet necessary, in an ever competitive and evolving commercial and financial market-place.

Shaimaa Abdel Bar – Snr Management Consultant & Strategist

Ms. Abdel Bar is an Economist with more than 10 years of professional experience working in Egypt and the United Arab Emirates. She has developed expertise in different government and semi-government organizations and sectors. She holds a double degree specializing in Economics and Political Science.

Most of her assignments included policy formulations at a macro level, project management, survey-based research studies, and capacity building. A most valuable member of our faculty team, ‘Tope Popoola is a wealth of knowledge and experience in the areas of leadership and entrepreneurship. ‘Tope Popoola is a seasoned administrator, manager of men and resources, a writer, an inspirational speaker, pastor and entrepreneur who doubles as the CEO of Heritek Support Services Ltd.

A Trainers’ Trainer, ‘Tope Popoola is a Life Coach to many company executives. He is an alumnus of the MANDEV Certification Program of the Centre For Management Development, Nigeria’s official accreditation agency for Management Trainers. In 1989, he participated in the prestigious Very Important Personalities (VIP) Program sponsored by the government of the United States as one of thirty professionals selected from thirty countries.

‘Tope Popoola is an alumnus of the School of Development Studies – Harvard University, and the University of Stellenbosch program on Futurism in Business. ‘Tope speaks regularly on Leadership, Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship both nationally and internationally. He has been instrumental in the training of leaders from over 40 countries. ‘Tope Popoola serves on the International Faculty of Haggai Institute of Advanced Leadership with campuses in Asia and Hawaii where he also teaches on the subject of Leadership.

Dr. Samson Gandhi – Snr Leadership & Counselling Consultant

Samson Gandhi

Dr. Samson Gandhi is a management professional and practices Christian Counselling in India. He has a Master’s degree in Management and a Doctorate in Ministry. After 10 years of practicing marketing management in the field of garments and textiles, and international management in the field of imports and exports, he has forayed into counseling. He is a Level 2 accredited counselor with Association of Christian Counsellors, South Asia.

Samson is an international seminar presenter and a trainer in the areas of Leadership & Management, and Counselling. He specializes in Interpersonal Relationships, Team Building, Conflict Resolution, Business Ethics, Globalization, and Coaching. He has taught and facilitated in twelve different countries including, USA, UK, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, UAE, Bahrain, Kenya, Bangladesh, and Srilanka.

He has authored several books and booklets in the field of counseling.

Wilfred Achom – Snr Partner, Project & I.T. Management

Wilfred is an enthusiastic MBA and PRINCE2 certified project management practitioner with over 15 years experience in project management, program management, change management and PMO analysis. Wilfred’s competencies lie in his forward thinking and pro-active approach to stakeholder’s management, project and stakeholder’s communication planning, milestones tracking, risk and issues analysis, data, content, system, and third-party suppliers’ management. With a long track record of managing complex projects and coordinating the project delivery team through the entire project lifecycle.

Wilfred is an invaluable member of the Chrome team and brings a lot to the table with his “can do” attitude, mentality, and management style with senior management, clients, stakeholders, and third-party vendors. Wilfred is also a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).

Ifedayo Akinola – Snr Consultant, Risk Mgt, Banking & Financial Engineering

Sonny is an invaluable contribution to our faculty. An accomplished human resource strategist with a special interest in leadership development, performance management, and alignment of human resource strategy to business objectives and priorities.

Sonny has consulted for leading organizations in diverse industries as oil and gas, telecommunications, banking, insurance, manufacturing, and other service sectors. In the process he has left a legacy of better strategic alignment, a stronger focus on business priorities, a more performance-driven culture and managers who are better able to make the transition to strategic leadership. He has superb facilitation skills drawn from a deep understanding of group dynamics that help individuals and groups to learn and collaborate to meet expectations. Sonny’s background includes tenures at MTN Nigeria and Xerox.

Isiaka Ganiyu – Ireland Country Mgr & Senior Consultant, Accounting & Auditing

Isiaka Ganiyu (B.Sc, ACCA), is a qualified accountant with nearly two decades of invaluable experience, gained in audit practice and in the aviation industry. Isiaka’s vast experience covers financial reporting, statutory audit, and taxation. Other core areas of Isiaka’s experience and expertise include material planning and control, budgetary planning and control, management reporting and credit control. He is equally heavily involved in systems re-engineering, implementation, coaching, and training. Isiaka graduated from the University of Lagos, Nigeria. He equally holds a diploma in Purchasing and Supply Management from the same university.

He qualified and practiced as a Chartered Certified Accountant in the Republic of Ireland. Isiaka is the founder and owner of GIA Accountants (Accountants & Business Consultants) specializing in financial planning and reporting, tax planning and wealth management of small to medium scale companies and entrepreneurs. Isiaka had previously worked with the defunct Nigeria Airways Limited for ten years before migrating to further his education in Dublin, Ireland. He later joined FJ Forde & Co (Auditors & Accountants) in 2005 as an Accountant and Audit Supervisor, specializing in statutory audit and startup companies. He resigned in 2011 to establish a practice of his own.

Dr. Nkechi Nwanolue – Visiting Lecturer, Medical Services & Management

Dr Nkechi Nwanolue

Nkechi is a Medical Doctor and Consultant Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist presently practicing in Edmonton (Alberta), Canada. Nkechi formerly holds this same position in County Sligo, Ireland before moving to Edmonton in the second half of 2013. She is a qualified member of the Royal College of Psychiatrist, Britain and a founding member of the College of Psychiatry, Ireland.

A high achiever and goal-getter, Nkechi graduated with an MBBS from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka before proceeding to Ireland for further educational training. With over fifteen years of practical experience, Nkechi has completed her Fellowship training in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Nkechi is deep into research, teaching & training. She also possesses a Diploma in Clinical Psychiatry, a Certificate in Teaching and Learning from the University College Dublin, and a Professional Certificate in Clinical Management, also from the University College Dublin, Ireland.

Dr. Claudia Igbrude – Snr Consultant, Education & IT Systems Strategist

Claudia’s experience and expertise spans across Information Technology, Education, Entrepreneurship, as well as IT and eLearning consultancy.  Claudia specializes in using Information Technology to improve systems and processes in Business, Education, Training, and eLearning. With a first degree in Industrial Mathematics from University Benin, a Masters in Learning Technologies from National College of Ireland, Claudia recently bagged a Ph.D. in Computer Science (Applied in Education) from the University of Nottingham – UK.

Debo Adeduntan – Snr Consultant, Engineering Designs & Renewable Energy

Debo is a Chartered Engineer and Low Carbon Consultant with over two decades of practical experience in the areas of Thermal Modelling, Building Energy Assessment, Building Services Engineering, Renewable Energy Utilisation, and Sustainable Energy Design. A graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, Nigeria, Debo also has a Masters Degree in Renewable Energy/Building Services from the University of Ulster – UK.

He is presently pursuing a Doctorate Research (Ph.D.) in Renewable Energy Utilisation in Buildings at the prestigious University of Strathclyde, Scotland, UK.

Victoria Owhorji – Nigeria Country & Business Resource Manager

Victoria Owhorji has over 12 years of corporate experience that cuts across major Nigerian Financial Institutions, Marketing, Public Relations, and Oil and Gas companies. A graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University in Language Arts, Victoria also holds a Masters degree in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos. Victoria is a certified Public Relations Consultant and an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations, UK.

She has handled various responsibilities in the banking industry and gathered a wealth of experience in various capacities, receiving an honorary award for Customer Management. During her stint in Oil and Gas, she expanded her scope and experience of handling clients (individual and corporate) under the aegis of Public relations Consultancy. She is a strong contender in the marketplace, because of her hands-on experience in resource management.

She is a committed voluntary member of an NGO, Awesome Treasures Foundation, where she has received accolades for service delivery.
