Programme description & objectives
The participants will learn how to build a safe and secure Global Air Transportation System through the implementation of enhanced regulations, reliable technology, and best management practices. Participants will also acquire knowledge, techniques, and skills necessary for developing and managing international civil aviation security, as well as in measuring its performance. The program will further focus on the identification and management of security risks, how to communicate effectively on security with the Civil Aviation Authority, airlines, cargo agencies, airport service providers and other security agencies. Other topics to be covered include building a security culture in the aviation environment, management of the organization and the installation of a systemic approach to aviation security, the integration of human factors to the civil aviation security system, and the evaluation of the operation of the security system.
